As Butch Butler and Tom Prendergast have mentioned many times the Flash Pages given out as lead capture pages by many MLM companies cannot be brought to page one of Google. The primary reason for this is that they are replicated pages, and Google does not like them and, you do not control anything on that URL, particularly the three MOST IMPORTANT THINGS, the Title Tag, the Meta tags, description and Keywords, and the Body. There is a work a round for this with some code which I will place between the dashed lines.

You need to get into the code and change the title, author' meta tags and your website to suit your situation.
This should give you a new lead capture page that will serve you well and also go to page 1 of Google.
