I want to share some information with you that I learned from Butch Hamilton in his class on SEO, Search Engine Optimization that he taught. This class was about RSS feeds and how they can help you, even if you do not generate such feeds yourself. An RSS Feed is created from someone's Blog or Pod cast or other frequently updated event which can be automatically broadcasted to your site if you subscribe to it. Once you have placed an RSS feed on your site, what ever changes at the location of the RSS feed site will also appear on your site.

Put RSS Feeds onto all of your Websites

So, what does this do for you. Well depending upon your situation it can do a lot. If you are trying to attract spiders to your site which is keyword rich, and you never change your site's content, the spiders loose interest and simply fade away.
